Hukku Sushi Shibuya

Fukusushi Shibuya uses fish that has been aged for 32 hours to maximize the original flavor of sushi. The assorted sushi is served in the order of white fish, red fish, aburi, and eel, and you can enjoy a variety of menus such as Shibuya sushi and tuna sushi at reasonable prices. As basic side dishes, pickled cucumbers, pickled radish, and miso soup are provided.

The interior features a Japanese-style poster and glass blocks, creating a strong atmosphere of a Japanese restaurant. There are tables for two and four, as well as a bar table in front of the kitchen, allowing various guests to dine comfortably.

Fukushima operates three locations in Daegu, and the Shibuya branch is the second of those. Each location offers a slightly different food composition, providing customers with a variety of options.
