At a facility located at a station famous for its agar, there is a museum upon entering, and further inside, there is a café restaurant. The specialty agar ramen features fine agar noodles that mix well with the broth, making it easy to eat. It pairs well with the light salty soup, offering a gentle flavor. Additionally, juice and agar sweets are served together, giving a feeling of getting a little extra. Enjoying a meal after visiting the museum allows you to feel the charm of the local area, making it a delightful experience. The tranquil location and the time spent gazing at the platform were also pleasant.
