The restaurant located in a hotel on the way up the mountain has a pleasant view of the mountain range and the city from the window. The vegetable menu is extensive, and it is fun to choose from a variety of options including meat, seafood, rice, udon, soup, and desserts. Many dishes use local ingredients, and the konjac, komatsuna, and sunny lettuce are fresh and flavorful. The fried items are served hot, and the tempura and skewers are light and crispy, making it hard to stop eating. The miso potatoes are deliciously addictive, and the stir-fried beef and marinated dishes are well-balanced. To top it off, we could enjoy ice cream and cake, making it a highly satisfying buffet.
