When I sat at the counter, the staff's service was polite, and I was able to enjoy my time from the very beginning. First, the miso ramen soup had a rich flavor with a sharp saltiness, delivering a strong impact from the first bite. The firm, medium-thin egg noodles were coated in the piping hot soup, allowing me to savor the traditional Sapporo style. The tender chashu had a sweet seasoning, and eating it with the noodles made it even more delightful. The moist fried rice was characterized by the aroma of lard and the generous amount of chashu, making it impossible to stop using my spoon. The table was equipped with soy sauce, vinegar, and other condiments, allowing me to customize the flavors to my liking and enjoy it without getting bored until the end.
