The interior is clean and has a refreshing atmosphere, and upon entering, you are greeted warmly. The layout is centered around the counter, where the sushi is prepared efficiently. The finished dishes are served in a rhythmic manner, allowing for a smooth dining experience. The rice is well-shaped, light on the palate, and easy to eat. The flavors of the white fish and egg are excellent, and the ingredients feel well-maintained. Ginger is served on the side, and even the soups and rolls are delicious.
