I particularly liked the dumplings with the aroma of ginger. In addition to the classics, I am happy to be able to enjoy various flavors, such as shiso. They are roasted to a fragrant crisp, with a filling that is packed with deliciousness, and the skin is chewy, providing a sense of satisfaction. There are also dishes like sundubu, kushikatsu, and dote-ni, which makes me want to order a variety of things. The smashed cucumber has a refreshing aftertaste and pairs perfectly with white rice. The atmosphere is calm, centered around the counter, and the staff are friendly, making it a comfortable place to be.
