At the café on the observation floor, you can take a break while enjoying the view. The sea and river stretch out before you, and the scenery is very pleasant. There are counter seats where you can sit and leisurely enjoy the view. It's a self-service style, with coffee, tea, and soda available. The iced coffee is served from a paper carton, but surprisingly, it has a strong aroma and richness. The staff are cheerful and friendly, and their smiles are lovely.
