I am happy that I can order by writing on the paper at the table and customize it to my liking. You can choose one or two types of curry, adjust the amount of rice, and select four toppings from a total of twelve options. When I chose South Indian keema and pork vindaloo, the aroma was rich, and it was less greasy, allowing for a light eating experience. The pork vindaloo has a good balance of sourness and spiciness, while the South Indian keema offers a moderate kick and is refreshing. Toppings like pineapple and cheese pair well, leaving a clean taste in the mouth. It is perfect for those who enjoy lighter spiced curries, and it has an allure that makes you want to try different flavors.
