The interior is clean and has a calming atmosphere where you can relax. They use ingredients selected from the market, and I feel that everything is very fresh. The monkfish liver is free of any unpleasant smell and has a creamy texture that makes me feel happy. The mackerel sushi is unforgettable in its deliciousness, and every bite brings me joy. The eel nigiri, salmon sashimi, and chawanmushi are also highly satisfying and recommended. Even in a place far from the sea, you can feel the power of the ocean's bounty and enjoy a leisurely experience.
