It's a small shop located in a hard-to-find place, but you can spend your time there in a calm atmosphere. The commitment to seafood and organic vegetables is evident, and the aroma of the ingredients shines through in every dish. The tomato cream soup and gazpacho offer a delightful contrast of creaminess and freshness, making it feel like you're drinking the vegetables as they are. The creativity in the appetizers is impressive, with the foie gras pudding being surprising and memorable. The handling of vegetables is very careful, and everything from the terrine to the red pepper mousse, as well as the fish and chicken dishes, is well-balanced. The final blancmange is smooth, leaving a happy feeling even in the aftertaste.
