This small shop located in a residential area allows you to enjoy grilled meat in a relaxed atmosphere. There are counter seats, so you can grill comfortably even if you're alone, and it's fun to check out the recommendations on the blackboard. The miso hormone, top-quality beef tripe, wagyu liver, and shima chō are all fragrant, and the hormone dishes are particularly delicious. The signature large salted beef tongue is exciting to grill and provides a satisfying texture. There is a good selection of drinks, including beer and highballs, which pair well with the meat. There is no parking available, so it's recommended to make a reservation and take a taxi. The cozy atmosphere naturally brings a smile to your face.
