In a calm suburban atmosphere, you take off your shoes and enter to find a traditional robatayaki style spread out before you. The long counter offers a prime seat where you can enjoy the sounds and aromas of food being grilled right in front of you, making it easy to lose track of time. The attention to detail is evident from the macaroni salad served as an appetizer, and I couldn't help but keep my chopsticks moving from the very start. The seafood options, such as the seafood bomb and fried sea bream, are all fresh, and they pair perfectly with ponzu and dashi. The variety of meats and processed foods, including the pork belly skewers served with lime and homemade sardine balls, adds to the enjoyment of choosing. The friendly staff and the nostalgic atmosphere of the Showa era make it a comfortable place, and by the time I left, I felt like a regular.
