Located on the upper floor of the roadside station, the process involves securing a seat and then ordering and paying for your meal yourself. Once your receipt number is called, you pick up your order at the designated area, which is easy to understand. The set meals come with an all-you-can-eat selection of obanzai (traditional Japanese side dishes), allowing you to enjoy plenty of local vegetables. The shirasu (whitebait) bowl was refreshing when paired with perilla leaves and radish, and it was very delicious. Curry and drinks are also available, and it's nice that you can have refills. The taste is robust, seemingly from a hotel, providing a level of satisfaction that you wouldn't expect from a roadside station's cafeteria.
