The moment I opened the door, I felt a little nervous, but the nostalgic atmosphere of the Showa era quickly became comfortable. The large platter of meat brought to the table was piled high with ribeye, short ribs, and filet, making for an impressive sight. The thickly sliced lean meat paired perfectly with the special sauce and surprisingly didn't weigh heavily on my stomach. The hamburgers and vegetables I ordered additionally after grilling were also juicy, and I couldn't help but keep eating. The master's unique talk was enjoyable, and I spent a delightful time filled with laughter while eating. The smell lingered strongly, yet the aftertaste was light, leaving me with a strange sense of satisfaction where I felt full but still able to eat more.
