The interior is new, spacious, clean, and calming. The lunch set includes small dishes, salad, and vinegared mozuku seaweed, providing a great sense of satisfaction. The grilled mackerel is plump, with just the right amount of saltiness, making the rice go down easily. The sashimi, including tuna, salmon, octopus, and amberjack, is fresh and aromatic, bringing happiness with every bite. The miso soup with sea bream scraps has a gentle broth that warms the body. There are also local sake and dishes like fresh oysters available, making it enjoyable for various occasions.

It's located near the local station, and upon entering, you are greeted by a spacious counter and tables, creating a pleasant and shiny atmosphere. For lunch, you can choose from rice bowls to sushi sets, which makes it exciting to decide what to order. This time, I ordered a chirashi sushi topped with plenty of seafood, and the marinated flavors paired perfectly with the rice, making it hard to put my chopsticks down. It also came with a small side dish and salad, and the texture of the fish roe added a nice accent. The final dish, a soup made from sea bream bones, was rich in umami and had a comforting taste. I think it's a wonderful place where you can slowly enjoy fresh fish in a calm environment.
