I was impressed by this restaurant that features seafood as the main attraction, with seasonal dishes carefully prepared. The presentation is beautiful, the texture is gentle, and you can enjoy a variety of flavors even in small plates. You can widely enjoy dishes such as fugu (pufferfish), suppon (soft-shelled turtle), Yamagata beef, tempura of anago (conger eel), and sashimi of sazae (turban shell). The daily fried dish is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, perfectly paired with their homemade tartar sauce. They also offer sake and shochu, with options like 'Kinu' and Dewazakura that enhance the dishes. The atmosphere is calm, with both tatami seating and a counter, and the staff is gentle, making conversations enjoyable.
