The local customers always make it lively, and you can feel the energy. The nabe-yaki udon served bubbling in a clay pot is packed with ingredients, and from the very first bite, your body warms up. The spicy miso udon has a rich soup similar to chigae, and the chewy noodles pair perfectly, and the thoughtful touch of paper aprons is appreciated. The bowl topped with crispy kakiage provides a level of satisfaction that doesn't feel mini at all, and enjoying it together with the udon brings happiness. The zaru udon comes with condiments like green onions, sesame, and quail eggs, allowing you to enjoy it while adjusting the flavor to your liking. I was able to have a relaxed lunch time while sipping self-service coffee and soaking in the aftertaste.
