The atmosphere is calm, allowing for a pleasant experience from start to finish. The guidance and demeanor of the madam are very attentive, making it comfortable even for solo diners. The master prepares the dishes by himself, and it's enjoyable to choose the menu individually. The course is well-balanced, including appetizers, fish dishes, pasta, meat dishes, and desserts, all of which have a careful flavor. The assortment of appetizers is diverse, and the combination of carpaccio and cheese was impressive. There is also a performance where they slice the prosciutto on the spot and sprinkle it with Parmigiano, making it perfect for a relaxed date.
