Reservations

The galette was too hard and not delicious. It was so hard that it couldn't be cut with a knife, which was surprising! The sound of cutting with a knife echoed in the shop and I didn't like it. Why? Shouldn't it be chewy? The peach parfait only had peaches on top, can it be called a parfait? I was looking forward to it so much after seeing it on Instagram, but I was disappointed. I want to eat a more delicious galette.
