It is easy to access near the station, and the Taiwanese mixed noodles are a specialty. The bowl is beautifully arranged with a variety of ingredients, enough to hide the noodles, which is exciting. The mildly spicy Taiwanese minced meat, chopped garlic, green onions, chives, and egg yolk blend well with the sauce, creating a sense of unity. The chewy noodles mix well with the sauce and go down easily. The combination of cheese and curry also pairs well, and adding a little kombu vinegar tightens the flavor and makes it enjoyable. They also accommodate takeout, and I like the smooth process of ordering and paying in advance.
