The amount of noodles seems to have decreased compared to before the relocation... Small ramen noodles with pork (extra vegetables, spicy, garlic) I finally had a chance to eat here after the relocation from Hakuraku! Although it is Jiro-inspired, the pork and soup are still of higher quality than the original, and the noodles, although not as good as the original, may be better than in Hakuraku. The location is about 10 minutes walk from Motosumiyoshi, near the Yakiniku intersection in Kizuki, so I guess you can go there from Hiyoshi. After moving from Hakuraku What has improved The restaurant is wider and the turnover is better (from 9 seats to 15 seats). There is a space to stand in line inside the restaurant, so it is easier to stand in line even on rainy days. Mini ramen is now available. Bad points The amount of food has decreased. I used to be full when I finished the above menu, but this time I was about eight portions. I may have grown up a bit, but I feel a bit lonely this time. The soup is too lukewarm! Jiro-style soup is not hot to begin with, but even so, it was too warm. I want to eat ramen with a little more "fufu" in it, since it's a ramen! There is no vending machine for oolong tea, which is a familiar sight at Jiro (and other inspired) restaurants. The amount of cabbage included in the vegetable order has decreased a bit.

A famous Jiro-inspired restaurant located between Motosumiyoshi and Hiyoshi. I have been going there about once a month since it was in Hakuraku. This time I had Limited edition (that miso) I thought it was a miso version of "Ano Pork," which I had eaten before and enjoyed intensely, but it was totally different. It was like a miso flavor of abura soba. It was my first time to try it, but it was extremely tasty. The flavor is too strong after about half the bowl is eaten, but if you add some soup stock, it quickly turns into miso ramen. It might be even better if you add spicy balls and ginger as toppings instead of garlic.

The assistant who has supported the restaurant since its opening has graduated, and the interior of the restaurant may seem a little sad, but the quality of the food is high! According to the restaurant's food log, it is the pinnacle of "Jiro-inspired" and probably the number one restaurant in Japan when it comes to soup and pork. My favorite is the Tsuke Soba with extra meat.
