You can enjoy various dishes from Kyushu, and each one is satisfying. The champon has a rich soup that pairs well with the thin noodles, making it a flavor you want to drink until the end. The motsunabe has simple ingredients, and the slightly sweet soy sauce broth enhances the umami of the offal and vegetables. The selection of side dishes is also substantial, and the fried offal, filet steak, rice balls, and chicken breast sashimi were all delicious. The dessert, sweet potato pie, comes with ice cream, leaving you feeling happy even after the meal. The warm atmosphere created by the family-run establishment, along with the cheerful staff, makes it a comfortable place to be.

The atmosphere in the restaurant is warm, and the staff are cheerful and pleasant. You can feel that it is run by a family, making it a comfortable place to spend time. The motsunabe (beef tripe hot pot) has no unnecessary ingredients, and the flavor is enhanced by the cabbage, garlic chives, and sweet soy sauce. The mustard lotus root has just the right amount of spiciness and is deliciously addictive. For lunch, there are options like champon (noodle soup) and chicken nanban (fried chicken with tartar sauce), making it fun to choose. The chicken in the chicken nanban is tender and easy to eat, and the tartar sauce tastes great, leaving me satisfied.
