Located just a short walk from the station, the atmosphere is calm and welcoming. Sitting at the counter, you can watch the chef's meticulous knife skills right in front of you, which is exciting. The sushi has smaller rice balls and firm toppings, with the sweetness of the yellowtail and medium fatty tuna being particularly impressive. There is a rich variety of appetizers, such as fluffy tamagoyaki and melt-in-your-mouth anago, which pair wonderfully with drinks. The seafood bowl for lunch is filled to the brim with toppings, and the crunchy texture of the white fish along with the fragrant wasabi is superb. Even the finishing clear soup is packed with umami, leaving me with a happy feeling as I left the restaurant.
