The shop, located in the mountains, has a pleasant atmosphere filled with the scent of wood. The wooden building and the wood stove create a warm feeling, making it comforting just to be there. The homemade basil sauce and squid pasta were rich in aroma and had a robust flavor that I enjoyed. The pickled red onions, cold pumpkin soup, and burdock root mixed with spicy mayonnaise each had their own unique character, which was delightful. The coffee was aromatic with a good aftertaste, and it paired perfectly with the dessert of tiramisu and apple tarte Tatin (with tiramisu ice cream on top). It's easily accessible by car, and once you find it, you'll want to stop by and spend some time there.
