Using 'Wakasa beef' purchased in bulk, it boasts exceptional freshness and a melt-in-your-mouth flavor. You can enjoy different textures and flavors depending on the cut of meat, such as kalbi, sirloin, and loin. The wagyu served has a distinct sweetness and umami from the fat, and each cut offers a luxurious taste that spreads in your mouth with the perfect grilling. When eaten with local rice 'Ichihomare', the flavor of the meat is further enhanced.

A space where you can enjoy your meal in peace without worrying about other guests, as all seats are in private rooms. Each room is separated by doors, making it easy to enter even alone and spend a quiet moment. Various styles of seating are available, such as sunken kotatsu and table private rooms, featuring an interior that evokes a sense of Japanese tranquility. By purchasing whole cows of the representative brand wagyu from Fukui, 'Wakasa Beef', we provide high-quality meat and have gained support as a yakiniku restaurant rooted in the local community. Since opening, we have thoroughly implemented methods to maximize the flavor of Wakasa Beef while maintaining the freshness of the meat, creating a luxurious yakiniku experience. We offer a calm atmosphere with all private rooms and sunken kotatsu seating, making it suitable for special occasions and business meetings.
