Finished ginger soy sauce ramen! A representative restaurant of Nagaoka! I never thought ginger soy sauce could be so addictive. It looks very rich in flavor, but it is not rich at all, It is rather a ramen with a refreshing taste. It is a popular restaurant where there is always a long queue no matter when you go. I recommend topping it with more spinach!
