At a dining place with a view of the sea, you can enjoy meals slowly both in the morning and at night. In the evening, there were dishes like seared bonito, sashimi, tempura, and grilled dishes on a ceramic plate, all of which were flavorful. The chawanmushi (savory egg custard) was creamy and had a comforting taste. In the morning, there were many side dishes made with local ingredients, and the udon noodles had a nice chewiness that was satisfying. It was fun to grill dried fish over the tabletop fire, and the aroma heightened my appetite. Overall, the place had a sense of cleanliness, making for a pleasant dining experience.
