The building has a traditional atmosphere, and from the moment you enter, your spirits are lifted. Here, they focus solely on cold soba, and that dedication is evident. The Douraku soba is topped with mountain vegetables, grated yam, and shrimp tempura, allowing you to enjoy it lightly with the dipping sauce. The sauce has a rich flavor from bonito and mackerel broth, leaving a refreshing aftertaste. There is also a style where the toppings are served in three tiers on the wariko soba, with buckwheat grains and mountain vegetables adding accents. The noodles have a pleasant chewiness and a strong flavor, making them easy to eat smoothly.
