The atmosphere of the ryotei-style alcove with its hanging scrolls and ikebana arrangements was lovely. The meal included many items such as appetizers, zori, simmered dishes, sushi, steamed dishes, meals, and fruits, and the zori was especially delicious. We were told that fish from Fukui is fresh and delicious, and the chawanmushi (steamed egg custard) contained white fish, which gave it a special feeling not found in other restaurants. The homemade mizuyokan was delicious with a moderate sweetness. The tea was a refreshing taste that could also be served, and the hand towel was well served.
