Stylish and classy pastry shop in Kamakura Mountain 🏡. I found the best cheesecake of my life 🥺🧀. The entrance is on the 3rd floor and the cafe space is on the 2nd floor✨. You can't see the first floor behind the door, but they make their cakes there 👩‍🍳🎂 It is located on a small hill, so the view is beautiful🖼💓. Especially on this day, the weather was beautiful and the greenery was beautiful ☺️🌿 The view of Mt. Kamakura is soothing ✨. The store was founded in 1994 and is the same age as mine💕👸. The owner here is Fusako Holthaus, born in 1933 and a culinary expert 💡. She and her American husband have traveled all over the world to bring authentic Western cuisine and American sweets to Japan 🌟. There are 3 sets of seats for eat-in coffee shop. Take-out is also available✨. The coffee menu is Cheesecake or Chocolate Cake Beverage: Coffee or Tea The set includes a choice of coffee or tea, and only one type of drink is available at ☕️ for ¥2,750. All cakes are additive-free and carefully made by hand. Also known as "the most expensive cheesecake in Japan." ☺️ The cheesecake has three layers: cream cheese on top, sour cream in the middle, and cookie dough on the bottom 🧀. The rich, mellow, full-bodied cream cheese and the refreshing sour cream flavor are the best of both worlds 🥺🥇🙌! The cookie dough part is not the crispy type, but the moist type that is delicious and tender 🤤. The chocolate cake is also very rich 🍫. The chocolate cake is also rich 🍫 The top is like raw chocolate and the bottom is moist sponge. It is served with whipped cream on the side 🍽. I prefer the cheesecake too much💘 I would go back just for this 🧀💕.

Sweets shop worth the drive A store that only serves cheesecake and chocolate cake Drinks are coffee and tea. This set is 2,700 yen. Expensive, isn't it? But you know what? It is worth going. I recommend a date or 4 people who like sweets! Any more than that and the seats will be too small, so there is no line at! That's right. It's so far away, you have to go by car. There is nothing else to do but to go here, so you have to shoot for it! But you have to go there. So, the set is Cheesecake with tea Chocolate cake with coffee. It's a real iron plate. The sourness of the cheesecake and the sourness of the black tea, when combined, match each other in the mouth. The chocolate cake is sweet, but the weight of the coffee blends well with it. Two simple cakes. The space is great. The view is also really nice. If the weather is nice, there is nothing to say!

When traveling to far places for a culinary adventure, it helps to go with what has been tried and tested by enthusiasts or experts. Cheesecakes from House of Flavors definitely lived up to the expectations and has raised the bar for what a truly excellent cheesecake is supposed to be. Coffee and tea pairings for it make for an experience like no other. The view from the cafe is relaxing, and the great service from their English-friendly staff helps lift the mood.
