When you go around to the back, there is an entrance, and there is plenty of parking space, which is reassuring. The interior is spacious with a wood grain design, and the stylish atmosphere with jazz music playing is very pleasant. The menu is extensive, making it hard to choose, but I was impressed by the light and crispy texture of all the fried dishes. In particular, the pork cutlet is thick yet moist and tender, and it's fun to change the flavor with several types of sauces and truffle salt. The service of unlimited refills of fluffy shredded cabbage, rice, and miso soup is also a delightful touch. Finally, I enjoyed the hot dashi chazuke with the cutlet, and I was happy until the last bite.
