This is a traditional yakitori restaurant located on the Komichi Street in Shimousa Nakayama. The interior is spacious with a focus on the counter, allowing for a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The fragrant aroma is pleasant, and the grilling is done with care, making everything delicious. The liver, in particular, is large and glossy, with a soft and tender center that has no strong taste, perfectly complementing the rich sauce. The tataki, gizzards, and wasabi chicken breast also have great flavor and provide a satisfying experience. The chicken sashimi is served in generous portions with cucumber on the side, and the small dishes and appetizers were also thoughtfully flavored.
