This is a casual place you can easily drop by. There are many options for both food and drinks, and the recommendations on the blackboard make it fun to decide every time. The quality of the vegetables is very good, and even with simple cooking methods like grilling or boiling, the flavors come through strongly. The bell peppers and asparagus have a distinct flavor, and the chilled tomatoes and corn are juicy and satisfying. The assortment of fish is also of high quality, and you can take off your shoes and enjoy your meal leisurely at the sunken kotatsu. The careful and homely taste is pleasant, and I want to recommend it not only to vegetable lovers but also to those who usually don't eat much vegetables.

I am always amazed by the deliciousness of the vegetables. The seasonal ingredients are selected by someone with experience in a vegetable shop, and even simple cooking brings out their flavors. Whether it's grilled bell peppers, raw cabbage with miso, or stir-fried asparagus, everything is fragrant and makes it hard to put down the chopsticks. There is also a variety of grilled chicken, sashimi, fried foods, Tochigi's deep-fried tofu, and options for finishing with curry or ramen, all of which are enjoyable. The selection of shochu and sake is abundant, and it's delightful to find a bottle that suits my taste. The atmosphere is calm, and while waiting for the food, I can enjoy conversations with the owner, making for a fulfilling time.
