I was excited about the quiet atmosphere of the inn nestled in the mountains of Ooshika Village. The dishes, which emphasize seasonal ingredients, featured lively river fish and mountain vegetables, and they were very delicious. The tender grilled young sweetfish was exquisite, and I could even enjoy the flavor of uruka. The grilled eggplant with tofu sauce, koi soup, and gohei rice cakes were also meticulously prepared, and I couldn't stop eating. The chestnut sweets and the final dish of 100% buckwheat soba left a lasting impression, showcasing creativity. The scenery was pleasant, and as a small auberge where you can leisurely savor the experience, I was very satisfied.
