The atmosphere of traditional Japanese style is pleasant, and the private room overlooking the garden is very calming. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and enjoyable to look at. The rice cooked in a clay pot has a rich aroma, and I was delighted that it was brought to the table in the pot. The chewy texture of the sesame tofu left a lasting impression. The ingredients are carefully selected, and I was excited to encounter flavors that I usually don't get to experience. There was meticulous attention to detail throughout, and I felt warmth even during the farewell.
