The crispy mixed fried items and chicken nanban were very impressive. The salmon and shrimp had a great texture, and especially the crab cream croquette was rich in crab flavor, making me happy. The carrots and cabbage in the salad were fresh, and the vinegar seasoning was delicious on its own. The chicken nanban had the nanban vinegar soaked into the thigh meat, giving it a rich and juicy flavor typical of Kyushu. The fried shrimp was flavorful even with just salt, and I was satisfied without any sauce. The potage had a prominent aroma of carrots, burdock, and turnips, allowing me to truly appreciate the quality of the ingredients.
