The interior is new and clean, with many semi-private rooms that allow for a relaxing experience. The fried horse mackerel for lunch had a crispy batter and thick fillet, which was very satisfying. It also came with plenty of salad and chawanmushi, reflecting attention to detail. The colorful rolls, including spicy tuna rolls, were enjoyable, and you can really taste the deliciousness of the fish from Toyosu. The chicken with nanban sauce and the foie gras daikon left a lasting impression with their exquisite balance of flavors. The staff's attentiveness is thorough, and the service after the meal is also pleasant.
