The fresh ingredients were all delicious, and both the nigiri and chirashi were satisfying. The miso soup with shrimp broth was fragrant and brought a smile to my face. The macaroni salad and sweet vinegar pickled myoga were also well-prepared, making it easy to keep eating. The vinegar miso dressing with clams, cucumber, and wakame was refreshing and paired well with the sushi. The atmosphere in the restaurant was quiet and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Takeout is also available, and the futomaki and sekirei were enjoyable as well.
