The restaurant deals in farm-raised fish, but when wild caught fish is available, it is sold at market value. The thick, thick sauce is delicious, and the softly grilled liver is exquisite and has many fans. The elegant shiroyaki (grilled white fish) is also soft to the palate and satisfying. The elegant interior of the restaurant, perfect for business occasions such as business entertainment and dinners, is also an attractive feature.

Even farmed fish is totally good! Natural and farmed I have not such a discerning palate! I don't have the money either. So, on this day, I went to Nodaiwa's Yokohama branch when it comes to eels! They have natural eel! But considering the price, cosmetics and my taste, I thought it would be better to go to KASANE where I can enjoy the taste of two different meals, I chose the non-natural farmed one. The result was a great decision! It is important for mee-hawks to be able to enjoy the taste of two meals! But I kind of preferred the kabayaki type that can be eaten in a bowl. Next time, I want to try the good kabayaki only!

Reservations

We had a reservation so we were able to enter the restaurant smoothly. We had a 2 year old with us, and there was plenty of space between us and the seats around us, so we were able to spend a relaxing time. The eel was plump and tasty. It is a bit far from the station and there are many people on weekends, so next time I will go there by car. I was told that a parking lot is available.

Unaju (Cultured) Grilled liver (natural) I thought it was a bit peculiar when I ate the grilled liver... I was satisfied with the farm-raised eel.
