The air of the port town is pleasant, and the moment I pass through the noren (fabric divider), I feel excited. The menu is extensive, and everything is enticing. The appearance of the marinated rice bowl that is brought to me is impressive, and it makes me smile. The katsudon (pork cutlet rice bowl) and the dried mackerel set meal come with miso soup, simmered dishes, pickles, and salad, providing a sense of satisfaction. The mackerel is rich and savory, making it easy to eat with rice. The soy sauce-based Abura-tubo ramen contains seaweed and shrimp, and it has a refreshing aftertaste that is very delicious.
