I heard that this place has been loved for a long time, so I stopped by and was delighted by the nostalgic atmosphere. The sweetly seasoned inari and maki sushi have a gentle texture and are easy to eat. The mackerel sushi has just the right amount of fat, and it pairs perfectly with the vinegared rice. The pressed sushi of small sea bream wrapped in bamboo leaves has a refreshing aroma that is enjoyable when you open the leaves. The lightly seared salmon has a nice thickness, and its roasted flavor and umami are very pronounced. Although it specializes in takeout, there is a wide variety, making it fun to choose souvenirs for my family.
