As I casually walked in, the interior was filled with laughter, and I immediately felt a sense of joy. The rhythm of the pots from the open kitchen was pleasant, and my anticipation grew for the dishes being prepared right in front of me. The first dish I tried, the fried rice, was light and fluffy, with the flavors of green onions and char siu spreading delightfully. Next, the hot and sour noodle soup I ordered had a perfect balance of sourness and spiciness, with the thin noodles soaking up the rich broth. The sesame balls I chose for dessert had a fragrant outer layer, and the filling was just the right amount of sweetness, which was comforting. Despite the lively atmosphere, it was a calming space, making the meal even more enjoyable.
