The staff carefully explains the recommended cuts and cooking methods, making it easy to enjoy even for first-timers. The horse meat is mild and tender, and it's very delicious whether eaten raw or lightly seared. The spicy miso and sweet sauces pair well, especially the spicy flavor enhances the umami. The service is quick, and you can enjoy a variety of dishes like assorted cuts, yukhoe, and offal, which is satisfying.
