Upon opening the door to this warm and inviting restaurant, which has been renovated from a private home, you immediately feel at ease. The menu offers a rich variety of soba, with options ranging from thinly cut 2:8 soba to fragrant 100% soba. The set that allows you to enjoy a variety of toppings, such as tororo kombu and soba gaki, was particularly impressive. There are also pizzas and cakes made with buckwheat flour, which have an interesting crispy texture and subtle sweetness. The freshly boiled noodles, although short, had a pleasant texture and a delightful aroma that wafted through the air. The satisfaction was so great that I forgot the time spent waiting, and I naturally left with a smile on my face.
