At a Peruvian restaurant I can visit on the weekend, I was excited to find a space that was larger than I imagined as I walked through the door. The photo menu on the wall is easy to read, and since it also includes Japanese, ordering is smooth. The mixed ceviche I ordered first had a good balance of acidity and spiciness, and the sweet potato and corn served with it were a perfect match. The skewers of grilled heart become even more flavorful when dipped in the aji sauce. The soy-scented lomo saltado has a taste that makes you want to keep eating rice, and it's very satisfying even when shared among everyone. The cheerful staff speaks casually in Japanese, so even if it's your first time, you can relax and enjoy the flavors of South America.
