This is a calm atmosphere shop located just off the main street. The dishes made with local seafood and vegetables are all carefully prepared, and the portions are just right for a satisfying experience. The homemade smoked salmon and new onion salad is refreshing, and the balance of the dressing is good. The young chicken dish has an impressive sauce infused with the umami of shellfish, and it paired well with the homemade bread. The roasted duck and sautéed Kitaso pork also had a wonderful aroma, leaving a pleasant aftertaste. The wine selection is wide, allowing you to enjoy delicious bistro cuisine without any pressure.
