The interior has a calm atmosphere and is spacious, allowing for a leisurely time. There are various options for dim sum and à la carte dishes from the cart, which is exciting just to look at. The shrimp dumplings have a chewy skin, and the inside has a delightful crisp texture. The stir-fried noodles with chives and bean sprouts are fragrant, with the umami of the oyster spreading gently. The sticky rice shumai has a crunchy texture from the water chestnuts, and the warmth of being freshly steamed is pleasant. The beef rib curry is well-spiced, and it is satisfying with plenty of pumpkin, shishito peppers, eggplant, carrots, and beef ribs.
