This is a café located inside a hotel. The pizza, where you can choose your own toppings, is fun, and you can select sauces from tomato, teriyaki, or curry. You can load it up with bacon, seafood, and vegetables, and when you finish it off with cheese, it is very satisfying. A dish that wraps Shinshu salmon in a thin skin goes well with the mushroom cream sauce and is delicious. There is an all-you-can-drink soft drink option, and the cake set comes with plenty of apples in the apple pie, which is delightful. The latte art on the café mocha is also cute, making it just right for a break between skiing or snowboarding.
