The shellfish sashimi is very fresh, and the umami is strongly felt. The nigiri, especially the squid, scallops, and sayori, are particularly impressive. The fried fugu and the butter soy sauce dish with surf clams also have a great texture that makes it hard to stop eating. You can enjoy sea urchin sashimi, gunkan, and salmon roe, fully experiencing the flavors of the ocean. The maki rolls, egg, and kanpyo are well put together, making you want to order more. The sweet watermelon at the end is delightful, and the atmosphere is lively and comfortable.
