Upon entering the restaurant, I was guided to 'choose any seat you like,' and it was nice to be able to select a table by the window. The rich lineup of menus ranging from Japanese, Western, and Chinese dishes to café options caught my eye, and I found myself hesitating over what to choose. This time, I ordered the miso ramen with a hint of ginger, and I felt cozy with the combination of straight noodles and rich broth. The drink bar allows you to prepare ice water yourself, so you can enjoy a refreshing experience during your meal. The edamame was lightly salted, allowing the natural sweetness of the beans to shine through, and adding a little rock salt enhanced the flavor even more. The process from ordering to serving was smooth, and I think it's a place where you can enjoy various things in a relaxed atmosphere.
